What I Build
The work falls across four areas: advanced composite materials, strategic direction, maritime heritage and education.
In materials, the focus is on recyclable composite technology that can replace what currently ends up as waste. Most composites used today in wind energy, marine and other industrial applications cannot be recovered. DANU™ was developed to change that, by engineering performance and circularity into the same material from the start.
In strategic direction, the work supports founders and organisations navigating complexity and transition. From someone who has built things in uncertain conditions and understands what that actually requires.
In maritime heritage, the work centres on restoring the Castletown One Design and transferring the craftsmanship, knowledge and community that surrounds it to future generations. A boat is the visible part. The skills and stories that go with it are what matter.
In education, the focus is on young people in places where opportunity is limited. ISEP connects the Isle of Man with St. Vincent and the Grenadines, helping students access pathways that would otherwise remain out of reach.
Four different contexts. The same intention in each: to leave something that continues.
