Most of my work lives within these initiatives. Each of these operates in its own context, with its own challenges and direction. But they share the same foundation: to build something that does not depend on one person, and does not stop once it is set in motion.
They are not destinations. They are part of an ongoing process, where ideas are given the space to develop, adapt, and continue.

Supporting educational opportunity, mentorship and international collaboration between the Isle of Man and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Founded in the aftermath of the La Soufrière volcanic eruption, ISEP helps young people access education, opportunity and future pathways through shared knowledge and a belief in the “Art of the Possible”.What comes next is rarely obvious. Some of the most rewarding projects I have been involved in started as conversations, questions or ideas that seemed uncertain at the time.
Curiosity has always been a reliable guide. It continues to lead me towards new materials, new technologies, new skills and new ways of thinking.
I do not know exactly what the next chapter will look like. What I do know is that it will be built around the same things that have shaped the journey so far, and that is creating, learning, exploring and helping good ideas become reality.
